What exactly is Mastic Gum?
Mastic gum is a 100% natural resin from the mastic tree, which grows only on the Greek island of Chios. Unlike regular chewing gum, it's much harder and retains its texture, making it the perfect natural tool for training your jaw muscles.
How long can I chew on a piece?
Unlike regular chewing gum, mastic gum doesn't lose its texture. You can chew it for hours. For effective jawline training, we recommend chewing for at least 30 to 60 minutes a day.
How do I prevent the Mastic Gum from sticking to my teeth?
Mastic is a natural product and reacts to temperature. If the resin gets too hot, it can soften and become sticky.
- Tip 1: Store your VIGOR Mastic Gum in a cool, dry place (for example in the refrigerator, this helps enormously!).
- Tip 2: Drinking cold water? That helps! Drinking cold water while chewing cools the gum, making it hard and firm again immediately.
Is Mastic Gum safe to swallow?
Yes, 100%. Mastic is a completely natural tree resin that has been used in Greece for centuries as a supplement for digestion and stomach health.
Be careful, though: if you chew multiple tears at once, the gum will become quite large. We recommend not swallowing it all at once. If you do want to swallow it, do so in small pieces and with a large sip of water to make the process easier. You can also simply throw the gum away after your workout.

At VIGOR, we love speed. Our rule is: ordered before 4:00 PM = shipped today. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you'll know exactly when to expect your Mastic Gum.

What is your return policy?
Not satisfied? You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. Because we sell a natural product that falls under the hygiene category, we can only accept returns if the packaging is unopened and the seal is still fully intact. Once the packaging has been opened, we cannot accept returns for safety reasons.
